Relaxed Country Style Living

This large townhouse is a modern style home with a welcoming feel. The accommodation I offer is a private room with private bathroom. Guests will enjoy a quality queen size bed in a spacious bedroom with built-in storage. Guests can also enjoy the use of a private lounge area with access to a full kitchen. A welcome tray of tea, coffee, fruit, bread for toast and condiments is provided. Parking is at times available onsite, right next to the townhouse, or free street parking very close to the property. Guests are most welcome to use the kitchen, laundry and dining area. These will be shared spaces but only with me when necessary. A private lounge is provided for guests. I will be available to assist in any way possible should you need. The level of interaction will totally be dependent on your preference as a guest. My townhouse is conveniently located between the MI Pacific Highway and Broadbeach. A relaxed neighbourhood vibe exists in the area. With proximity to Robina Town Centre and Robina Hospital, the townhouse is also only a 15 minute direct drive to the beach, Pacific Fair, Star Casino and other attractions on the coastal strip. Alternatively, easy access to the MI makes the Gold Coast Hinterland very close as well. Public transport includes local bus stops as well as train stations at both Nerang and Varsity.
