Recently renovated, modern and bright apartment in lively Katendrecht, one of the most wanted places in Rotterdam. The apartment has a wonderful park view and is located near the Fenix Food Factory, Hotel New York and the Steam Ship Rotterdam. Rotterdam center (and also the Ahoy/Eurovision song festival) is only a 10 minute bike ride away. You enter this luxurious apartment by it`s own front door. The living is spacious and light with a high ceiling and designer furniture. Both kitchen and bathroom are small but well designed and fully equiped. A small and steep stairs (not suited for small kids or elderly) brings you to a cosy bedroom, with two separate beds which can be united. Parking in the street will cost you 2,50 euro per hour (Mon.-Sat.09:00-23:00, Sunday 11:00-23:00). You can park at 'P+R Slinge' for free (3 days max.) when you take a metro ride, the apartment is only 3 metro stops away. An other option is to park at the SS Rotterdam for 15 euros a day (5 minute walk).
