You can move freely thanks to the independent entrance that characterizes the house. The apartment will amaze you with the privacy it offers, due to the fact that its position is not bordering on other houses. Silence is also one of the points in favor, which is not always taken for granted when looking for relaxation and rest. It is on the mezzanine floor inside a beautiful courtyard, with an independent entrance; only six steps and you are inside the house. A comfortable veranda welcomes you with awning, table and chairs. Entering the house there is a comfortable living room with sofa bed, TV and Wifi; follows the kitchen, comfortable and functional, where there is everything you need for cooking, single-serving salt and sugar, espresso coffee machine (I offer the capsules;) Following the bathroom, very spacious, with tub-shower and washing machine, phone. The neighborhood is also full of restaurants and pizzerias, bars and other night clubs. The apartment is available to guests for the entire period of their stay. The use of the apartment and the overnight stay in the structure are reserved exclusively for the persons declared during the booking and check-in phase. Not far away as the crow flies we have the main university faculties, Medicine, Economics, Engineering, the Music Conservatory, the Town Hall in Piazza del Popolo, the ASL headquarters, the Prefecture etc Going out on foot in the main street you will find: Supermarket, home hygiene and personal hygiene shop, bank, 2 bars, hairdresser, hardware store, electronic store and IT, pharmacy, solarium etc. If the intention is to move to the center for work or study reasons or to enjoy an aperitif, a dinner or a drink, then you can go on foot without taking any means. In 5 minutes walk you reach the Piazza del Comune, Piazza del Popolo, or the Faculty of Medicine. To go to Latina Lido (about 7 km away), it takes about 10 minutes by car, 20 minutes by bike; however, if you don't have a car or a bike, you can easily take the bus, whose station is only 100 meters away.
