Zazenda House - with Spacious Terrace and Garden

Zazenda House is a detached villa situated in the quiet and tranquil village of Njivice, a few minutes from the sea and swimming in clear waters. You will have your own floor with private entrance. There are balconies and a patio with sitting, dining, BBQ and relaxing areas surrounded by a lush garden. Zazenda House can be booked alone or together with Zazenda House Rooftop I or Zazenda House Rooftop Apartment if you need accommodation for more people. Modern house with big garden, indoor and outdoor kitchen, chill out corner, BBQ terrace, outdoor dining area, balcony with sea and mountain view. The guest premises are spacious and private including the guest floor and the chill out corner and outdoor dining area in the garden. We are available most of the time for questions and advice. This is a quiet little village right at the entrance to Kotor Bay. It is situated on the opposite side of the cities of Igalo and Herceg Novi which can be accessed by local buss which runs 4-5 times a day. In the village you have several bathing jetties and pebble stone beaches. There is one restaurant and a mini market. Besides there is the Iberostar Herceg Novi Hotel (4 *) featuring beach and pool and some restaurants and beach bars, entrance fee required! There is a bus connection from Njivice to nearby towns of Igalo and Herceg Novi, operating 4-5 times a day during high season The Montenegro Gov requires that you register your stay in a local tourist office within 24 hrs after your arrival in the country. We will take care of this formality. The tourist tax is 1€ per day for adults and 0.5 € for children and is not included in the accommodation price but will be paid separately upon registration.
