Cosy room with central location

The bedroom is situated towards the backyard, you can sleep peacefully at night without disturbing noise and wake up to bird songs in the morning. The room is facing the courtyard, you can sleep peacefully without disturbing noise from the street. Outside the window there are grown trees and the birds quit in the morning light. The apartment is on the third floor. There is an elevator. We share the bathroom and you have access to the kitchen. In addition to bed, there is a bureau that can be used as a workplace. The apartment is located in Värnhem, and from here, there are buses to all parts of Malmö. It takes five minutes to go by bus to Malmö Central Station. If you want to go by foot to the station, you have to count on a 20 minute walk. Nearby are several nice restaurants and food stores. In my neighborhood you will also find one of Malmö's best falafel places, one of the must if you are in Malmö. My street is quiet with little traffic. The apartment is bright and spacious. There is a lush courtyard with seating areas. We share bathroom and you are welcome to use my kitchen. Unless otherwise agreed, I will stay in the apartment at the same time as my guests. As far as I can, I will help with tips and advice during your stay. On my street is a nice cafe, Café Grannen. On a parallel street to mine is a fine dining Vietnamese restaurant, Que at Sallerupsvägen 18. A few blocks away there is a vegetarian restaurant, Sajvva. The food range is large and there are also falafel, sushi and Thai take away in the neighborhood. At Värnhemstorget you find different bus connections within Malmö and also in the region such as Lund, Hörby and Lomma/Bjärred.
