Student Flat in the Villa "S"

Our place is good for couples and solo adventurers. The Villa is located near park Tivoli in a quite neighborhood, just few minutes by bus to the city center. Bus station is 5 min away. The 85m2 apartment has a private bedroom with 2 separate beds. Kitchen, toilette and bathroom are shared with a students (1-2) who can be from time to time located in separate room. Guests can use our own parking space for arrival/departure. Free parking space is available in one of neighboring street. We live in the same building and are available for questions/help anytime. Our place is close to Urban centre Kino Šiška, shops and cafe bars. Bus stop to the city center is 5 minutes walk away. There is wired and wireless high speed internet access available (300Mbit/s download; 50Mbit/s upload). Please consider rules for separating and collecting waste. When you leave the apartment please take your trash into trash can.
