Spend your vacation in our sunny and spacious one-bedroom apartment! :) It's situated in a quiet family neighbourhood in between city centre and Igalo, so both are near. Beach is 10 min away on foot. It has all you need for both short and long stay. We also offer car rental services for a fixed price of 35 euros per day. The car is a five-door Toyota Aygo. SEA VIEW: Just imagine yourself sitting at the balcony and enjoying the gentle breeze and the view. SPACIOUS AND FULLY EQUIPPED: This is a one-bedroom, air-conditioned apartment measuring 43m2 and located on the ground floor of a seven-storey residential building. The apartment has a terrace you can spend your time on, a bathroom and a shower room, a living room and kitchen with room for dining. Most importantly, the apartment is completely furnished and equipped for your everyday needs. ACCOMODATES FOUR: Apartment has one master bedroom with a king size bed a sofa bed in the living room that can fit two more people. So it can comfortably accommodate a family of 4. We can also provide you with a crib and a baby bath, just let us know on time. :) Please note that four is the maximum number of people there can be at the apartment at one time. ADDITIONAL SERVICES: We also offer shuttle services for additional fee and my father can drive you to and from Tivat and Dubrovnik airport. You will have the whole apartment to yourself. You will have the access to the essentials (towels, sheets, shampoo and shower gel), TV, Internet, wi-fi, washing machine, dishwasher and kitchen with all appliances. We have a cable TV with many programs for your entertainment. My family will be there to welcome you and to make sure your stay is as pleasant as possible. Contact us anytime you need help, an opinion, or just need to chat. The apartment is located at Topla II - a very friendly and safe neighborhood. Nearby you can find Health and Safety Center, pharmacies, primary school and kindergartens. There is a free public parking lot near the building as well as a playground for children in front of the building. The grocery store is a 2-minute walk away. Not to forget, the nearest beach is 10 minutes away on foot. Great location – If you are traveling by plane, Tivat and Dubrovnik airports are both about 45 minutes away by car. If you are traveling by bus, the main bus station is 5 min away by car. Also, local bus stations are 2 and 5 minutes away on foot. Please note that the there is a reason why Herceg Novi is called the city of stairs. Our apartment is located on a hill of sorts, has a wonderful view, and while it takes you 10 minutes to the beach downhill, it can be a little challenging going uphill. This is nothing too demanding but we just want to make sure we communicate it upfront. :) Also, all Montenegrin visitors are subject to a daily tourist tax that has to be paid 24 hours upon the arrival. The price of the tax during the summer is 1.00 EUR per day per person. Children under 12 are not subject to tourist, and children from 12 to 18 pay half of it. We would be happy to take you to the tourist office where you can pay the tax, whenever works for you.
