Karina's seaside home

Hi! Welcome to Karina's seaside home in Vagia, a quiet fisherman' s village at the NE side of the island. At 50m distance from the sea, all you need is your swim suit, flip-flops. The house has two floors and a big garden. Karina's apartment, on the upper floor, level with the road, has a spacious veranda with gorgeous sea view, it is cozy and comfortable and airy with 9 windows bringing in the sound of the sea and the scent of the pine trees from the hill above it. Enjoy! The house has two bedrooms. The first bedroom has 1 double bed, a closet and a DVD player TV with big movie selection. The second bedroom has two single beds and a closet. In the living room there are two sofas that turn into beds, a wood stove, a smart TV and a wifi router. There's one spacious bathroom with a shower and hair dryer. In the kitchen there is a ceramic electric stove, dining table, filter coffee and Nespresso machines, sandwich toaster and all necessary pans, pots and cooking utensils. There are mosquito nets and electric shutters in all windows. In the gorgeous sea view veranda here is a second 6 seat dinning table. Please use the right side of our parking space. We are available by phone or text There are two nice tavernas at the beach near our house, both with sea beds and umbrellas, and one more just a few meters away from our home, by the church. The ancient temple of Area is an 10 min drive or a 45 min walk from our house. There's bus service 3-4 times a day from Vagia village to Aegina port , the bus stop is 550m from our home. Every Wednesday at 4-5 pm mr Yorgos, a vendor of fresh fruit and vegetable comes to the bus stop to sell fresh produce at reasonable prices.. Vagia our village is a 20 min drive from the main Aegina port and 8 min drive from Souvala port. Preferred transportation to explore the island is by car or moped but there's also bus service from Aegina port to the village, although not frequent (3 times per day - check information online ) The closest food market is KRITIKOS at 3km away and they offer food delivery at home.
