Quality spacious home in Ipswich

Fully air conditioned, spacious home. Dreamy queen size bed, TV lounge and separate bath/shower and toilet for Airbnb guests only. Access to kitchen, BBQ and dining room on request. Filter water available on tap. Patio views into the bush. Free wifi. Quiet and peaceful, but only 5 mins drive from Ipswich central, and 2 mins from Brassall shopping centre. We welcome people from all walks of life. Our house is a spacious home with a separate area for Airbnb guests. You have your own private area of the house to hang around in, but are more than welcome to use the rest of the home too. Have as much privacy as you like, but company and more space when needed. We do have another room that is hosted on Airbnb so sometimes there is a shared bathroom and TV lounge space. But this is not common. Kitchen, dining room, private bathroom, TV lounge, BBQ, patio, pool, free wifi. We have a lovely garden, with a walking/cycling track along the back of our property, which looks into the bush. As much as you would like or as much privacy as you need. Quiet, lots of birds, bush lands and yet close to everything. Brassall shopping Centre is 2 minutes away and Ipswich city Centre is 5 mins by car. Bus is about 1km walk. Connects with the shopping Centre and train station. Since we live in the suburbs, having a car is useful but not essential in the days of Uber. My husband Alan is a quadriplegic so he does have support workers who take care of him. They are all delightfully friendly and helpful, and hopefully will make your stay more enjoyable. Ask them for anything that you need. No smoking allowed on the property.
