You'll be able to catch the city vibes during the day, and the sunshine in the morning! The apartment is wholly under your consideration. Smoking is allowed in balcony only. I will be happy to help you with recommendation of the museums, galleryies, private galleries and also best cafes, restaurants, bars, clubs etc. It's close to the most attractive district of "Cascade" in Yerevan, where you can find different cafes, restaurants, breakfast places, wine cafes, and of course, beautiful gardens, where you can enjoy the city center with your cup of take away coffee :) Bus stations are 2 minutes walk from this place, metro station is 5 minutes walk =) If you decide to go far, Taxi is a good option as well, as it is not very expensive in Yerevan.
