Pleasant house in the heart of the Ardèche village

Located in the heart of the small village of Burzet, our cottage offers a prime location for people wishing to discover and share for a while the simple and sometimes lively life of this village and its inhabitants. On the first level you will have a large living room, a fully equipped fitted kitchen, a small balcony and on the second level, two bedrooms and the bathroom - WC. The entrance to the house is on the small terrace of the village bar that we run with my partner, in front of the market place. A private wooden staircase will lead you to the first level of the house in the large living room which leads to the balcony and the fully equipped fitted kitchen. From the balcony, you will overlook the main street of the village, the market square and the bar terrace. Another wooden staircase will lead you to the second and last level of the house. A long corridor leads to the two bedrooms which overlook the main street. The first bedroom has a 140X190 bed and the second has two 90X190 beds. On the same level is the bathroom with WC, we provide you with toilet paper, shower gel and shampoo, and towels. The room was recently redone, only the bathtub does not yet have a mixer. The balcony, the living room and the bedrooms of the house (equipped with double-glazed windows) overlook the market square, the main street of the village and the small terrace of our bar. In summer, you will therefore live to the rhythm of the sounds of the village, which might not be suitable for people looking for absolute calm during their stay. On your arrival, you can park in the market place, in front of the house, to unload your car. Then, it will be possible to park in one of the two free car parks which are located 100 meters from the house. For motorcycles and bicycles, we make our closed garage available. We can also offer you a transport and car rental service on site. The conditions and prices of this service can be discussed when booking. We live and work in the house next door, so we are particularly available to welcome you and make you have a good time in our beautiful village and its region. The house is located in the heart of the village of Burzet and near two free car parks. You can then easily leave your car to enjoy village life on foot.
