Cosy Double Bedroom in Chapel Allerton, Leeds

This quiet place is suitable for any professionals, students. The house is newly refurbished, in the centre of Chapel Allerton Leeds. It takes 10 minutes to the train station by taxi. Walking 5 minutes, there's the bus stop with bus (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) to Leeds city centre within 10 minutes. It's a large private room with double bed on second floor, with wifi, 65" smart TV. You can use shower room, kitchen, the sitting room and the dining room. Only me, a quiet professional lives there. It's a spacious place, a car can be parked in the court yard or street parking. If you give me some notice in advance, I might be able to give you a lift from the train station to my place when I finish my work or drop you at the train station on my way to work around 7am. I prefer to stay in my study to work. However, if any help needed, I am available any time. It is a very safe quiet suburb area, walking 6 minutes towards Harrogate direction, you will find Lidle, Asda, Co-op supermarkets and a few cafes including Sarbucks, restaurants and a HSBC if you need to use ATM. It takes 6 minutes to drive to John Lewis, or Leeds city centre, 10 minutes to train station. The bus stop is 5 minutes walk away, outside of Chapel Allerton Hospital. Every 5 minutes, there will be a bus to Leeds city centre. I am a very friendly civilised human being, I expect the guest would behave in a civilised way as well. For anyone who wants to cook a big meal and invites friends over for meal, please don’t book my house.
