Twin bedroom with shared bathroom

The property is in a picturesque area in a semi-rural village location but only 4 miles from the A55 motorway, beaches and close to Snowdonia. There is a golf course, post office, shop, petrol station and pub/restaurant within the village. The house is a very comfortable space and a warm and friendly welcome awaits you. There is one flight of stairs leading to one double bedroom with ensuite and one twin bedded guest room sharing a large bathroom. The back garden is private and tranquil and offers seating and paved patio area. Off road parking is available. There is a large shared bathroom for the twin bedded guest room. Betws yn Rhos is a semi-rural village with stunning scenery but only 4 miles from the A55 motorway and 5 miles from beaches and Colwyn Bay. It is a short drive to Conwy town with Conwy castle and Snowdonia and has so much to offer on it's doorstep. The use of a car is essential as the property is in a rural area It should be noted that 5 cats stay at the property.
