Limonaderie 2

The Appartment is located on the second floor of the main building of the Limonaderie. A small private garden is at your disposal to take your meals outside. It is accessed by a stand-alone entrance on a small dead end in which vehicles can be parked. You have access to the communal areas and facilities of our large garden, part of which is on the banks of the river. La Limonaderie (old lemonade factory) is located in the heart of town, all shops are within walking distance. Our garden is home to very large trees that create cool areas to withstand the summer heat. It welcomes birds and gekcos. A rest area with hammocks is located at on the riverbank. The large garden is shared with our family and other travelers; Amenities: above ground swimming pool, ping-pong table, gas or wood bbq, lounge chairs, outdoor games and board games. Private river bank with hammocks. We live on site but we have a large independent terrace above collective spaces, we are discreet but available at any time for travelers. Our house is located in the old heart of town but in a very quiet place by the river. The shops, market (saturday) and the Museum are within a 5-minute walk. The bus network Hérault Transport is effective from Millau to Montpellier, the bus stop is 5 minutes walk. The cottage can be rented with another apartment located below also hosting 5 people.
