New and modern furnished studio apartment (30m2) with great view over the Kotor bay and the beach. Fully equipped kitchen, Italian bathroom, air conditioning unit, cable TV, WiFi, parking place...Easily accomodates 4 people in 1 duble bed (queen size) and 1 comfortable duble bed sofa (pulled out at night in to queen size bed). Great for couples, families, friends or solo explorers! For bigger groupes or families more than one apartment can be booked. Perfectly located between two Airports -Dubrovnik in Croatia( 25 km) and Tivat in Montenegro( 30 km), ideal spot for discovering both Montenegro and Croatia! Apartments are perfectly located in a green and tranquile place , away from overcrowded city , but still within only a few minutes drive to city center, old town, city marina, popular restourants, cafe's , shops and nightlife. Our guests have at their disposal free of charge: parking place on-site, sun beds on our beach, outdoor shower,... Since we live in next door house we are available to assist you when needed. If you would like to discover surroundings we recommend renting a car as this will give you more flexibility. The only additional cost is local registration tax that tourists are required to pay for every day staying in Montenegro ( tourist tax is 1 euro per day per person) and needs to be done within 24 hours of your arrival, that way you are legaly registrated tourist. We will provide assistance with this.
