RELAX IN RANGIORA AT PHOENIX PALM PLACE

SPACE, SUN, WARMTH, PEACE, RELAXATION. Large, modern, spacious and sunny house, with indoor living flowing to a large outdoor garden enhanced by relaxed sunny seating areas. Most of the house you will have to yourselves. The laundry is shared and the host has separated rooms at the back. It is located among many parks and walks and near the countryside. It is five minutes drive to central Rangiora with all the amenities you need. Discover the unique lifestyle of Rangiora and North Canterbury. Easy comfortable living in a spacious tropical themed space. There is a huge kitchen in an open living area, with a TV, large lounge suite and a heat pump. There is a second lounge with a gas fire, sofas and a view across the reserve. This could be used as a third bedroom as there is a big sofa and an extra floor mattress. There are many seating areas and books to read for a restful break. You will be cosy with electric blankets plus there are heaters in the rooms, but the house is usually warm without them, as it has double glazing and insulation. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a fridge, a microwave, an electric jug, toaster and dishwasher. Continental breakfasts of cereal and toast, and tea, coffee and milk are provided. All of the house except 2 private rooms at the back of the house. Parking is immediately outside on a quiet street. I live at the far end of the house away from the guest area, with my own separate office/lounge, bathroom and kitchenette, but I may occasionally be in the kitchen, living or lounge which are shared areas. I am available at all times by phone or text. I do not get emails on my phone, so do not send an email if you want immediate contact. I do have the airbnb app on my phone. North Canterbury has spectacular open spaces, beautiful skies, mountains, farmland, beaches, vineyards and lovely people. Rangiora shopping area, being North Canterbury's main town is only 5 minutes drive away. It has wonderful cafes, interesting shops, a museum and a library. There are weekend markets, many festivals, a pool and a theatre for entertainment. Many beaches and rivers are a short drive away. Also, just a short walk around the corner from the house, there is a great restaurant and bar and multiple eateries. There is a great bus service which is 7 minutes walk (on the flat) to the bus stop to take you into Rangiora or into Christchurch city. Rangiora is an ideal area to hire a bike as the roads are so flat, and there are many scenic cycleways nearby. If you have a car it is 5 minutes drive to Rangiora, 25 minutes to Christchurch airport, 30 minutes to central Christchurch.
