Casa Bella

This is a flat downstairs. We are on a quiet street, not far from Bus Stops, the Beach, Browns Bay, Long Bay, North Harbour Stadium, Albany Mall, and Massey University. There is a small Patio area outside this unit with its own Barbeque. This unit has a fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster and electric non stick frypan. Television, with Netflix, and free wifi. This is a private, self-contained flat, it has its own separate entrance, and patio area. Our home is upstairs and has a completely separate entrance. There is a washing machine upstairs, which is on an outside porch, and is available for guests to use. There is one off street parking available for our guests, which is straight outside the front door of the unit. There is another king single trundler bed, which opens up to form either two king singles, or a king sized bed, in the lounge area. This flat can sleep four. There are three steps leading from the lounge area to the bathroom and kitchenette The downstairs Unit is private, self-contained and available for our guests. We live upstairs, so will be available to answer questions. Fuel Station, Cafe, Hairdresser, Bakery, Dairy/Superette, ATM Auto Teller, Hell’s Pizza, Cheesecake Shop, Pharmacy, Subway, are all up the road. We are close to bus stops, some on Glamorgan Road and some on Carlisle Road, in Torbay. Close to beautiful Browns Bay Beach, lovely Cafes and Restaurants. Bus stop up the road, lovely Beaches close by for awesome Beach Walks. Not far from Park and Ride Albany, with bus Access to Auckland City. The area leading to and including the kitchenette and toilet has a ceiling height which is 1.8 metres. There is however a step down into the large shower area. The lounge area has three steps up to a landing, which then leads to a central dressing table area. On the right of this is the kitchenette, and to the left of the dressing table area, is the shower which has a step down, so it has normal height.
