Mindil Beach, Botanical Gardens hidden gem 🌴🌅💎🍹💦☀️

Our lovely townhouse is a 2 bed 1 bath, two-storey place. It is located just 1.5km from Mitchell St in the heart of Darwin CBD. The botanical gardens are at the end of the street and Mindil Beach is a lovely 1km stroll down hill at the bottom of the gardens. Guests will have access to the entire property. There is a lovely little garden area with BBQ and a deck with gorgeous Mindil beach sunset views. This property is self check in with the lock box at the front door, I will leave you to enjoy your stay however I live locally and if you require anything I am available via phone on (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) or via the AirB&B app. We love the Gardens location as it is walking distance to the stunning George Brown Botanical Gardens, Mindil beach and the markets, Casino, Darwin CBD and Esplanade. There are great cafes like Sweet Brew just 100m walk and supermarkets are just a short trip into town. It’s a lovely quiet complex with everything at your fingertips. If you have your own car there is parking available at the property also guest parking spaces and street parking. Orange E-bikes and E-scooters are available to hire around Darwin CBD, a very convenient and fun way to get around. We also have two push bikes at the property for you to enjoy.
