Blue Heights is no doubt is the surfers paradise. You just wake up, grab your surf board and the popular Hiriketiya surfing beach is there waiting for you to come. It's a modern and minimalist property, comprising of two buildings. The buildings, along the same east-west line, perch on a manicured elevated garden lined with coconut palms. The pool is on a slightly lower level to the house. Blue Heights comes with an excellent chef and house staff, plus a Dalmatian house pet. Two buildings; the main single-story house consists of one en suite bedroom, an indoor sitting room, a dining table on an open sided veranda that runs the length of the property, and the kitchens. The other building houses three further en suite bedrooms (two on the ground floor and the master bedroom, with a private terrace, on the 1st floor).
