The Jacaranda Room is located in a spacious, 2-bedroom, guest suite with a kitchen/living area that overlooks a sparkling pool with an outdoor dining suite. The bedroom has a king-sized bed that can easily be converted into two single beds (if requested). The functional bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity. The kitchen/living space and bathroom may be shared with another tenant (depending on bookings). It's located on a quiet street, has a private entrance, on-street parking and WiFi. Whilst this listing offers one bedroom, it is possible to access and use both (two) bedrooms in the guest suite. If that is of interest, please message us. Forest Horizon is 11km from the CBD and we are a 7 minute walk from an express bus that takes approximately 20-35 minutes to get into the city. There is plenty of street parking. The Gap is a leafy, welcoming suburb that abuts a national park whilst only being 10km from the CBD. The scenic Enoggera Reservoir is less than a 10 minute walk from our home and features a wildlife centre, hiking trails and an area for swimming and paddling. The Gap Village Shopping Centre is only 3km from our home and comprises two supermarkets (Coles and Aldi) plus a series of speciality stores including butcher, green grocer, newsagent, cafes, dry cleaners, doctors, beautician, barber and Australia Post. The laundry is located in the guest suite and we may need to access it during your stay.
