The spacious comfortable holiday home for 10 people offers a large dining room, kitchen and lounge that opens directly onto the terraces and the swimming pool thanks to large windows. From the terraces you have a view of the vast hilly surroundings and the large private swimming pool (open April to October / 9x4m, 0.90 - 1.7m depth). On the large domain of one hectare you also have access to a tennis court which gives a nice added value for tennis enthusiasts. Located in the heart of Bordeaux there are numerous wine routes where you can do wine tours and tastings. After a short drive, you can visit the picturesque towns of Duras and Monsegur for excellent dining and pleasant shopping. At 22km you arrive at the freshwater lake with the sandy beach of Balsimon. This is a popular place for a day out with the kids. The lake offers a pleasant and safe place to romp around and cool off in the warm summer sun. The property is located on a large private domain. The owners live on the same property but ensure discretion. The use of the swimming pool and other facilities are completely private. There is no air conditioning in the home but there are various fans available.
