We invite you to spend a wonderful holiday in our apartment surrounded by the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Natural Heritage. The apartment is located in a quiet position just only 15 km far from Cortina d'Ampezzo, surrounded by the spectacular view of the peaks of mountains such as Pelmo and Antelao. The place is just a few minutes by car from the ski slopes and the most suggestive hiking trails that can be covered in the Dolomites. The new 80sqm apartment, located on the first floor (also accessible by lelevator), has 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen with a large living room. The house is accessible by lift (80cm opening), which may be easily reached as there are no other stairs or steps in the way. The entrance door and the corridor of the building are large and well lit. If you come by car, we provide you with a free large parking space in a garage in front of the apartment. We provide you with a free room near the apartment, with separate entrance, for luggage storage (if necessary) on check-in and check-out days. Pietro's nice and loving mother, Caterina, will welcome you. During the summer and winter holidays we used to be in Borca, therefore we will be the ones to welcome you directly to Cadore! In any case, we are particularly keen to keep in touch with guests and Caterina in such a way as to ensure that everything goes smoothly and that you feel at home! The apartment is located in a very quiet residential area, surrounded by the spectacular view of the Pelmo and Antelao mountains. The town center can be reached in a few minutes stroll. In addition to the services that you may find there (playground, tennis court, five-a-side football pitch, ice rink, spa, etc.), it is possible to rent bikes for taking a ride on the panoramic bicycle path that reaches the center of Cortina. The apartment can also be reached by means of: Flixbus for those coming from cities such as Venice, Verona, Milan, Bergamo Airport, Ferrara, Bologna, and it stops directly in the center of Borca The nearest train station is located in Calalzo (about 20 minutes by bus from the center of Borca). CortinaExpress (bus) that connects the center of Borca with Venice (Mestre and airport). To move from the center of Borca to Cortina there is an urban bus. We recommend, however, to come by car as there are many places to visit that are worth seeing and sometimes distant from each other. You will find parking near each location, or at the beginning of the different paths, in the Dolomites. At about 2km, in the center of the town, there is a grocery store (open Monday to Saturday 8-12: 30 and 16-19: 15, Sunday only 8- half past twelve) just in front of the Eni service station. As an alternative the place is distant about 4 km from the center of San Vito di Cadore where there is a grocery store a little bigger and more supplied (same opening hours).
