The Annex

Welcome to The Annex; a new self contained space on our avocado orchard, located on the fringe of Tauranga. The guesthouse boasts a large deck with stunning views over the Bay Of Plenty and a full kitchen with ample parking. A wonderful getaway for couples and families located around 20-30 minutes drive to Tauranga and 10 minutes to Omokoroa Beach and supermarket. We will do our very best to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. A comfortable queen sized bed in the master room and the bunks are all king singles enabling a relaxing sleep for all that stay. There is plenty of wardrobe space to unpack to and storage spaces for luggage. A portacot, high chair and baby bath are available on request. Take a stroll through the orchard and enjoy the views from different aspects of the property. We are available as much or as little as guests require. We provide a mobile number for anytime contact and are happy to make recommendations or help with special requests at any stage. Beautiful rural setting, quiet and peaceful. As we live in the country the only option is car for transport. Depending on the time of year we are 25 to 45 minutes from the Mount. Due to our location and the proximity of the guesthouse to the main house (it is separate but only by a few metres) we genuinely feel that our offer is more suitable for families and couples. We believe we are much less suitable for a group of young adults wishing to make some noise and enjoy themselves.
