We have three room types available in the villa so you have the option to choose. **Room types are subject to availability. * Deluxe Triple Room Non A/C (First Floor) - Though first floor rooms are non A/C there will be a private balcony towards the scenic view for you to enjoy and due to the breeze and the proper ventilation you get from the large window type balcony doors and heat insulation they will not be that warm. * Deluxe Triple Room With A/C (Ground Floor) - Since it is in the ground floor, scenery view from the elevation will be not there. Though, you will not miss the view since there is a separate first floor Lounge Balcony for anyone to access. And also the ground floor rooms are located along a river bank with a nature friendly environment. * Deluxe Triple Room With A/C (First Floor and Second Floor) - This rooms have both air conditioning and the private balcony. In all room types: all other facilities are same. All room types have their own good reviews from our past guests. All rooms are well equipped and have attached bathrooms, ceiling fans, one single bed and a one king size double bed, hot water, free WiFi, free bottled water, free tea bags, luxury bedding, mosquito net and electronic mosquito repellent, multi sockets for electricity, mini fridge, hair dryer, basic room amenities towels and toiletries, and many more. Rates on all are same. * There is no difference in our listing #1, listing #2 and listing #3. We have created three listings to avoid availability issues because AirBNB blocks the dates of a listing when it gets a reservation despite of us having three more rooms available. So if the specific dates you looking are not available in one listing, try the other one it might have luck. ** If you wish to have a room type please inquire us before sending the reservation request. If you send the reservation request we are bound to accept it since we have availability; even if the room type available is another room type. Peacock Villa believes that guest's holiday should be respected and guest's privacy should be protected. Guest will have all rights to his reserved room. Guest will have shared rights outside his room excluding other guests' rooms. We will be the least people to interfere or bother you :) However third floor of building one and restricted marked rooms at the building two are at the moment is for our private use. Additionally, you are welcome to ask for a free walk in the green gardens opposite to us and have a boat ride in the river branch both which you see from the balcony :) Me or my family or my staff are willing to be always available round the clock. However circumstantially if you are unable to find us, you are most welcome to contact our phone numbers. Most helpful details needed including our phone numbers are printed on a card and posted on your room and common area walls along with a list of available services which are commonly requested. Addition to these we are capable of helping you in most situations including arranging tours which are not listed and handling emergencies and maybe improvising or giving a helping hand to your thought of plans and arrangements. We are so friendly, and honest. Guest is our priority. So never feel afraid to and you are most welcome to ask our help :) We do have laundry service available. But strictly staff operated. Since we were in this subject for long enough, we are well equipped and fully knowledgeable for arrange tours including whale watching, transportation options and many more. From Katunayake (Colombo CMB Airport): Take the bus to Fort and then a bus or train to Matara, or if available take the bus directly to Matara. Some trains stops at Mirissa and Weligama, our other nearest town. From Matara or Galle: Take the bus (Route No. 350) towards Mirissa. From other areas: Contact us for more information. Most probably you will have to come through Matara. From Mirissa: The Villa is only 5 minute walk away from Mirissa Beach and Bus stop.
