Bathroom with sink, bidet, shower, toilet and hairdryer. Pantry with two shelves, iron and ironing board and cleaning equipment. LARGE TERRACE fully furnished with garden furniture. The apartment is about 2 minutes walk from the beach and the town center and train station. Under the building there is free parking. The apartment is on the first floor of the building. There is a lift and the apartment is closed with security door. The apartment is a few steps from the city center, the area is very quiet and is close to shops, beach, supermarkets, walk, bike path (former railway running from Arenzano and get to Varazze). You can smoke on the terrace of the apartment. The third bed is foldable and can be positioned in the kitchen. It is not present own bedding.
