Corymbia Batemans Bay

Our holiday home is really well located. It is close to beaches and playgrounds but also just a short walk to the centre of town were there is the supermarket and many cafes and restaurants. All linen and towels provided This is our own holiday house so it is well appointed, modern and clean. Depending on the time of year there are lemons, grapes, herbs and tree tomatoes to pick from the garden. It has a two fantastic deck area with a large BBQ, chiminea and beautiful view of Batemans Bay bridge, Clyde river and township. The house consists of two levels. Upstairs you have the main entertainment area, kitchen, master bedroom and kids room. Downstairs you have an open plan parent retreat style room. There is an external/outdoor staircase between the two areas. Guests have access to both areas. There is a large driveway with room for boat and car parking You can communicate with us via phone or email but as this is not where we live you will not see us during your stay. If required we have neighbours and house keeper that can help From the house you can walk to the 'oyster shed' which is where you can buy the best oysters (we think in Australia), 'on the Pier' as well as the centre of Town. Just under the bridge is a small playground with swings and a popular fishing and swimming spot. Over the bridge is a big playground and the town where they often have the Friday night market. It is a short drive to Mogo and Murya and day trips to Canberra, Jervis Bay and Tilba are comfortable also. The bus stop for travel to Sydney, Canberra and Eden is located a short walk away. There are also local bus stops in town. The closest Airport is Moruya. The property has a 65” TV and DVDs player, dishwasher, washing machine and clothes dryer. The main upstairs and the downstairs bedroom have king sized beds. The second upstairs bedroom has a double and single bed. We also have a Ikea high chair and a porta cot with change table available for use The rear deck is covered area This was renovated mid 2016 This beautiful space also has outdoor heating and a ceiling fan
