The apartment is soundproof to noise from the street. It takes 5min of walk to supermarkets; 10min to University and City Hall in old town; farmer's market, shopping centers and V-Spa in downtown; 15min to Estonian National Museum and 20min to Ahhaa! science center and Aura water park. The building is located across the street from the biggest church in the city, St. Peter's Lutheran Church (built at the end of XIX Century), on the site of the first Estonian Song Festival in 1869 (the monument is across the street). City centre - Town Hall and University are in 10 min, bus station 15 min and river beach in 10 min walking distance. Guest have access to all the rooms. You will receive the keys from the keybox at the entrance upon your arrival and I will be available over the phone during your entire stay. An old historic residential neighbourhood in the central part of the city. Two supermarkets and the Botanical Garden of the university, the river with beaches and parks on both sides are in 5 minutes walking distance. Public transportation is quite easy to use, the city bus stop is in front of the building. Free parking is available in the backyard. Entrance to the building is on the back side. Entrance by car into the backyard is only from Puiestee Street.
