Shared rooms : access to the big and fully equiped kitchen, to the living room and garden. NON SMOKING INSIDE We are a family of 4 (kids of 10 and 12), and a quite cat. Very big house pleasant and functional, big kitchen, wide living room, wood stove. Near Geneva, Annecy and 2 steps from "Les Grandes Médiévales d'Andilly (Parc des épouvantails l'été)" Private terrace with direct access from the bedroom. Shared rooms : big kitchen, living room, garden. We are available by telephone or e-mail. At the end of a dead end, very calm allotment, 2 steps far from the little church. Possible to walk to the Médiévales in 20 minutes. It is preferable to come by car. Shops and restaurants at 5 minutes drive. Possible walks around the house. I speak English, Italian and a bit of Spanish
