Noble Loft in the vineyards

At the foot of the Greifensteiner slope in the middle of the vines is the Kornell estate and there the Schafferhaus. It is the oldest building on the estate and reflects pure joy of life, but also calmness, peace and security. Because of its special features, the Schafferhaus is now a listed building and is therefore still preserved in its original form. Here, centuries-old tradition is combined with the innovative ideas of a new generation that values and focuses on the old. Historical unique pieces adorn this apartment on the upper floor of the building. For example, an old door has been given new life: it has been converted into a TV table. The dining table still dates from the last century. And Schafferhaus Zwei is not short of surprises in other respects either: A spacious living room with an old, open gable awaits you. The view is impressive, you can see the vineyards from the bathroom, the bedroom and the kitchen corner. You can finish the day on the terrace directly in front of your apartment. Make yourself comfortable at the rustic table and enjoy the view of the vines with a hearty South Tyrolean Speck-plate and a good glass of our wines. You are driving straight through the gate and take the right slope up to the main house. Don´t turn into the first parkinglot, go straight ahead and take the upper one. When you park you car you can see the entrance of the apartment. On the day of the arrival you can come into the office and we´ll give you the keys to your apartment. Other details, such as getting the concrete adress of our location, you get a few days before the arrival. If you have any quastions, don´t hasitate to contact me via E-Mail or by calling me. Should you arrive after our office hours we´ll leave the keys in a locker on the main street. Our vineyard is located near Bolzano, it´s only a 10 minute drive from here. The Dolmites aren´t that far either, you can get to them over the Grödnertal or the Villnössertal. If you like to visit Vinschgau (another valley) you con get to it via the highway called Mebo. Near that highway are cute little towns located where you can get lunch or dinner. In our little village is a grocery store and a traditional restaurant, it´s only a 10 minute walk to both of them. Otherwise there are traditional restaurants in all the nearby towns, all reachable by car. Nevertheless you can always contact me for recommandations if you need some advice.
