My place is close to public transport and the city center. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space, the light, the comfy bed, and the neighborhood. My place is good for couples and business travelers. The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood sounded by treed houses and a forest ideal for long walks. It is also only 5 minutes walk to the bus station with buses leaving frequently to the Lausanne city center. The guests have access to the entire 60 square meter apartment; they also have access to the washing machine and dryer in the basement in addition to a storage room. We host our guests like members of family. Since we have lived in this area for more than 35 years we are able to provide information on living in Lausanne, access to shopping centres, medical services and whatever else that would make life easy and pleasant for our guests. The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood sounded by treed houses and a forest ideal for long walks. It is also only 5 minutes walk to the bus station with frequent departures to the Lausanne city centre. With the bus station only 5 minutes walk away, our guests can access all parts of the city of Lausanne, including the city centre, within 10-20 minutes of a bus ride. You will have access to a reserved parking space next to the building. The nearest shopping centre is only 15 minutes walk away from the apartment.
