Room, private ensuite, in new home

Be our guest in your own private room with its own private attached bathroom. Comfortable queen bed. Comfortable home. There are two adults living in the house and a two year old toddler. But sometimes we have other guests. In the interest of safety of our two year old, we will only accept fully (Covid19) vaccinated guests and may request your vaccination cert. We have an awesome theatre (a bit of a man cave) a rustic looking garden with some fruit trees on it, a wide comfortable living space and dining We're happy to chat or live you to your comfort. Totally up to you. :) We're definitely happy to share our experiences or Perth and our recommendations. Quiet little neighbourhood, very safe and shops are walking distance. Convenient to travel! Really close to bus stops, 1.2km to the train station of which I walk to catch the train daily if its not raining. (takes me 15-20 mins) Otherwise, I catch the bus to the train station. Walking distance to Garden City (a bit of an up hill walk though) but easily accessible by bus. Close to Murdoch University. This is a shoes off, smoke free home. We are also Muslims, so please do not bring any bacon/ham/pork and alcohol into our home. We would also appreciate it if you had your meals at our beautiful dining table instead of in your room.
