Private , Light and Spacious guest apartment located separate from main house. Enjoy the Spa Pool for your exclusive use, watch the sunset or stargaze. The landscaped swimming pool is a great spot to cool off in summer. Fast Broadband Wi Fi is provided if you need to keep in touch. We live onsite but your accommodation is independent from the main dwelling. We don't charge extras for cleaning, linen or more than 2 guests. Travel cot or extra camp bed available on request. Just relax and enjoy. The apartment is located above a freestanding garage with a view out to the bay and boulder bank. The apartment is set up with a super king bed tucked around the corner of the living area studio style and a separate bedroom with x2 single beds. The property enjoys an amazing elevated vista with dramatic sunsets often on offer. Wi Fi is available and a Smart TV for all your favorite shows (Netflix, Neon, TVNZ on demand). The Rata Farms cafe is open during summer months just 1 minute from the property and offers delicious coffee, food and even pony rides. The Nelson North Country Club is located 1 minute away and great for a Bistro style meal and a drink and chat with the locals, 5 minutes away is Cable Bay with the stunning Pepin Island, great for a swim or Kayak and the Cable Bay adventure Park offers a multitude of adventures from NZ's longest Flying Fox to 4WD excursions and horse treks. There are amazing walks and bike tracks just on the doorstep. All this only 15 minutes to Nelson City.
