There is a peek a boo view of the ocean from the living room and the lanai.   Walk to the beach access areas for A Bay or the Hilton within 5 min.  Enjoy a short walk to the King or the Queen shopping Centers. Open the windows at night and you can hear the sound of the water falls from the pond. Close the windows and you can have complete quite time.
