Guest Suite in Nelson Historic House.

Stay in a heritage home in Nelson. Built in the 1800's the house on Snows hill was one of Nelsons early European settler homes. The guest suite is on the ground floor directly off the entrance hall. The house sits in a very private garden with off street parking and a recently refurbished swimming pool. No breakfast is provided but you can bring your own food, use the kitchen and dining room. There are also many great places in the CBD just a short walk away. Accommodation is in a guest suite. For sleeping it comprises of a king sized double, and a single bed, catering for three people. We can supply a travel cot too. The guest suite has an en suite bathroom that is for the sole shared use of a booked party. Access through the front door to the hall and directly into the guest suite. There is also a separate downstairs toilet and a laundry off the hall that guests can use. We are happy for guests to use the kitchen/diner for preparing their own breakfast. Guests are also welcome to use the deck and veranda area, garden and swimming pool. Happy to chat but also happy to let you come and go in peace Very close to the CBD, yet the place has a country feel with views of the Grampians and lots or nearby trees in parks and gardens. Its an easy walk into the CBD (10 mins) There is a bus route (route 1) and a stop (Girls College) around 200 meters from our driveway This route heads to/from the CBD (2 mins) or out to Stoke (20 mins) and Richmond (30 mins) via Bishopdale. There is off street parking for two normal sized cars. large vehicles such as camper vans may need to park on the road as the drive is a little steep/tight for some people though we get our camper up it. There is undercover storage for bicycles and free use of a pump and some tools if you ask. We are very keen cyclists. If you have a really expensive bike and want to keep it in the house overnight so its locked in that's fine too. We are excited about welcoming you to Sunny Nelson.
