The entire house is all yours, including the garden and river access. Fully furnished and outfitted with everything you need for a relaxing stay. I do not live locally, but you have plenty of resources should you need them and helpful neighbors as well. There are plenty of small boutiques, cafes, restaurants, markets and lovely food shops within walking distance. Guest bikes are available for your use as well. There are loads of walking/hiking paths laid on and they are easy to find as they are well mapped and signposted. There are trains to town from Poitiers, and Limoges. It is an easy connection with the TGV from Paris Charles de Gaulle airport or from Paris Gare Montparnasse. There are car rentals in Montmorillon and in Poitiers. You can fly in with Ryan Air to Nantes, or Poitiers and it is an easy drive from there to me. If you do have a car there is plenty of parking and your vehicle is safe. It is nice to have a car so that you can use the house as your base and then do oodles of short day trips. Chauvigny, St Savin, Le Dorat, Poitiers Limoges are all a quick skip and the Loire is a little further but wonderful to explore
