Charming, peacefull stay of 60 m2 in lovely dike house. Located in the trendy Noord district, only one metro stop (2-3) min. away from city centre. Within walking distance free parking. Consists a large kitchen/dining area, 1 master bedroom with box spring bed, living area with pull out sofa bed, a modern bathroom. South facing private terrace in spacious garden. Nice park with swim facillty on walking distance. Away from the crowd but only one metro stop from City Centre and with plenty cafees and nightlife in surrounding. Clean bedding & towels are provided. Breakfast is not served: you'll find basics like capsules for Nespresso machine, tea bags, oil, sugar, herbs. There's a fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, cooking plate, water cooker, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, toaster. Big smart tv screen (Netflix included), good working wifi. Floorheating. In the summer the place is nice and cool, in winter warm and cozy. Parking in the street € 8, 60 a day, or free in the neighbourhood. In case you check inn late, there is a key locker where you can find the keys. The day you'll arrive you will receive the code by text message. Amsterdam Noord has it all! Nature, peace & quiet but also lots of restaurants and facillities, a nightlife and plenty of things to see and do and only one stop to the centre of Amsterdam by metro. Subway on walking distance (6min) which will bring you in only one stop tot the city centre (2-3 min). You can also rent a bike and hop on the free ferry that takes you to the centre. If you'll come by car don’tpark in the centre! It's € 8,00 an hour. Better is to park in the street or surrounding of thestay., that much cheaper; € 8,60 a day in the street, or for free nearby.
