Quiet spot Guest access Private parking No access to the garden Lovely open plan space. Peaceful, amazing views over the fields to st Agnes and the beacon. The lane we live off is also a footpath that leads to the village and local beaches. St Agnes is a thriving village with all sorts of shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants. No access to our garden, as our children will be using this when they’re not at school. Private parking by the garage. The studio is above the double garage, accessed by a private external staircase. We will be at the end of the phone, as we are out a lot. We are on the outskirts of st Agnes, therefore benefitting from peace and quiet but easy access to all the village has to offer. Either walk to the village and beaches. Or drive to any of Cornwall many attractions. There is a bus stop at the end of the main road in goonbell, with links to truro and newquay. The closest train station is truro or redruth. We have 2 friendly cats and 6 chickens.
