Serendipity Lithgow is home to myself &my giant poodle Peanut. Lithgow is a gateway to adventure & nature-enjoy spectacular scenery, a bounty of birdlife, many cafes, country towns & markets, artist trail. Highlights within 45 minutes drive: Newnes the glow worm tunnel the Adventure Playground Jenolan Caves the 3 sisters grand canyon Donkey Mountain the Gardens of Stone the lost city ZigZag Railway Mount Wilson gardens Lake Lyell + Lake Wallace I My house is single level set at the foot of a large mountain, providing nice views over the towns sports fields, mountains in the distance, misty mornings amazing birdlife and often kangaroos in the back yard. It is super quiet at night. I have a timber deck at front which is so nice for enjoying a morning cuppa or arvo drinkies whilst taking in the view and bird calls. I have 2 rooms available for guests-one with a queen bed and views, the other a double bed. Both have large built ins for your use. The main guest room has a TV and wide selection of brochures and helpful information about local amenities and attractions. PLEASE NOTE - as my dog has an immune problem, you can not bring your pets here. Please do not feed him. I work full time Mon to Fri but am always here at night to play host. You are welcome to use my kitchen to cook, it has most practical things you would need There is no shortage of parking here on site or on street and it is very safe and secure I am happy to join in and socialise if you like that if not I can disappear Lithgow is a very quiet, relaxed town. There are numerous narrow little valleys to Lithgow, many of which have old relics and historic buildings and sites to discover. There is a lot of history here and amazing views all around. There are lots of cafes and beautiful parklands to enjoy a picnic . There is stunning mountains and scenery in every direction you look. . The home is located 1.1 km from the train station/ bus interchange, main shops and Woolworths. It's fairly flat walking.
