Three large bedrooms: 2 double rooms, and 1 with two single beds. Sofa bed in sitting room. Large bathroom with 2 showers; new washing machine. Kitchen fully equipped with pans/dishes/glasses for six people, gas oven. TV, CD/radio. Hairdryer. Iron. Sheets and towels provided. Full central heating. There is a terrace with a table and chairs, and also a garden area. Plenty of room for parking. The house is in a quiet location mid-way between Auditore and Casinina, with friendly neighbours, one of whom speaks English. Shops, supermarket and restaurants are close by in Casinina and Auditore. There is a large open-air swimming pool in the next village, - about 7 minutes by car. A safe sandy beach is 40 minutes, and Rimini (airport) is about the same distance. Urbino is 20 minutes, and San Leo about 30 minutes.
