Beautiful bedroom and private bathroom in a modern, quiet and safe executive home in the upper north shore of Sydney, next to a small forest. Breakfast, tea and coffee and moderate use of kitchen and laundry. Express bus to the city takes you there in less than 30 minutes. Quick drive to North Connex, IBM, Land Lease, Cherrybrook, Hillsong and large shopping centres such as Macquarie & Norwest. Lots of parking and 10 minutes walk to a rain forest and the Koala Park. Bikes available. The room is conveniently located downstairs near the living areas, with an adjacent bathroom that has been recently renovated. The room is furnished with Balinese style furniture, but the rest of the home is decorated in Hamptons / modern style. Guests will have a private bathroom adjacent to the bedroom. Guests can make use of the shared family and outdoor areas. NBN access. Continental breakfast and free tea and coffee are included. Guests can have moderate use the kitchen to prepare quick meals if they clean after themselves and provide their own groceries. This is an AirBnB and it's ideal for people visiting Sydney for business or a holiday that need a place as a base for the night. I am quite sociable and always enjoy a chat when free, but will give my guests space. I am happy to give travel advice to our guests if required. The house is in the green Hills Shire of Sydney and was recently renovated. It is next to a small reserve and situated in a prestige suburb in Sydney surrounded by leafy and quiet streets with large executive homes and easy access to transport and major highways. The home is situated 5-10 minutes away from bus stops to the city and express bus that can take you tho the centre of Sydney in about 25 minutes. The Koala Park is 5 minutes drive, and there's also a State Rainforest 10 minuts walk, as well as a small nature reserve adjacent to the home. I have a men's and a lady's bike you can borrow for local rides.
