It has a walk-in shower, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 living rooms, office, huge front porch with ceiling fans, fresh linen, towels, wifi, free washer and dryer, propane heat and A.C.. Owners live less than a mile away. We are very accessible , less than a mile away. The house is in the middle of Old Chatham Square across the street a Post Office, Old Chatham Country Store. Don't forget to end the night at Jacksons Old Chatham House located right next door(voted best place for dinner and burgers in Columbia County). Go for a hike at the Bird Sanctuary. Close to Chatham Village, where you will find independently owned retail stores, restaurants, movie theater, art galleries, the Chatham Brew and Mchyden Theater (May to Sept) The Village of Chatham was voted best small town to shop. 20 min drive to the city of Hudson. Plenty of things to do, Olana, enjoy antique shopping, restaurants, music at Helskini and retail shopping. You will find a host of things to do in Columbia County; world class music and theater performances, State and National Historic Sites, art galleries , vineyards and distilleries. Agricultural roots run deep in Columbia County, family farms and pick your own. Plenty of ski resorts Catamount and Jiminy Peak are 30 minutes away. Butternut is 45 minutes. The house is next to my restaurant, sometimes the parking lot is busy. There is a back apartment attached to our house. It is occupied by one person, my mom. She does have a friendly dog. The dog can not reach front of the property.
