We have a very friendly dog and aloof cat. Queen bed. Fresh air, clean water, wooded trails, brooks, swimming pond, fire pit. Rest, relax, and rejuvenate! The guest suite is a private apartment attached to the main house. It has a private entrance and deck, and consists of a bedroom with queen bed and sitting area, a second room with kitchenette (fridge, stove, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishes, etc.), dining table and chairs. There is a private bathroom with shower. Cultivate wellness with quiet tranquility, meditative woodland walks, and clean air and water. This is a perfect place for artists and writers to find their muse or for outdoor enthusiasts to enjoy a mountain hike, snowshoe (in season!), swim in the pond (in season!), enjoy bird watching, and the occasional sighting of fox, deer, and other woodland animals. Find your space in our 17.5 secluded acres of trails, pastures, and swimming pond. If you want to venture out, you can enjoy skiing nearby at Crotched Mountain, or sightseeing in the Monadnock Region, New Hampshire's beautiful Lakes Region, the White Mountains, or Seacoast. Private entrance to an attached guest suite. We are maintaining COVID-sensible social distancing. There is plenty of outdoor space and trails for you to enjoy. You have total privacy but at the same time we are usually home in the main house and available by text or phone. Our flexible cancellation policy means full refund from us, the hosts. NOTE: Airbnb has their own refund policy for their service fee, which is only refundable from them. Crooked S Road is a quiet, rural, dirt road, designated as an historic scenic road on the side of Pinnacle Mountain. Hiking trails on the property and up Pinnacle Mountain. This is a quiet and peaceful location. Fresh eggs, meats, and produce from the many farm stands along the way. Delicious well water and the air is clean and wonderful! While you might find a taxi in a nearby town, there is virtually no public transit in rural New Hampshire. You'll need a car to get around. COVID-safety social distancing in force. Bring bug spray and always check for ticks when coming out of the woods! You need to climb stairs to the apartment. There is wifi but no TV in the apartment. Closest supermarket is Market Basket on Jones Road in Milford, NH. No smoking on the premise! If you are comfortable with it, please turn off outside lights at night to reduce light pollution.
