Happy for guests to access all of the spaces ...laundry, dining,kitchen, lounge room (have Netflix and Stan). Also a really lovely back deck to relax on. I work Monday to Friday so am pretty busy during the week but always available. You will have your own key to come and go as you please My house is 2km from the centre of the city. 50m from bus stop to city. Walking distance to lovely cafes, parks and restaurants. Lots of options bus stop is 50m from my house. I have a go card set up that guests can use ... just need to top up so no hassles in trying to buy it. If you have a car I have off street parking. Walking distance to so many great suburbs or short Uber fare ... west end, new farm. Paddington and the city ... all the cool places. 5 minute bus ride to Roma street train station.
