The fully air conditioned suite comes with 1 bedroom, a fully fitted kitchen for light cooking and fridge. A flat-screen TV, Netflix, FREE WiFi and washing machine is provided. The apartment can accommodate 3 guests. The bedroom comes with a Queen size bed. An extra single mattress and pillow will be provided if needed. There is sofa which can also be used as bed in the living room. Towels, liquid body soap and shampoo are provided for guests. Once the booking is confirmed, details will be provided to the guest for Self Check-in. Guest will have 1 complimentary parking bay available during the stay. For the comfort of our guest, 4 convenient stores and 3 restaurants are located at level UG. Guest access Guest have full access to all facilities in the apartment and property. This includes the swimming pool, sauna, playground, gym and BBQ area. Other things to note For security purposes, access card is required for apartment block entry, use of lift, and gym. Please remember to have the access card with you at all times. For waste disposal, there is a door on the left hand side of the apartment as you leave the apartment after the lift. Please discard all waste at that area. Host will ensure the place is clean. All bed linens, cushion covers and towels will be changed with fresh ones. Houskeeping will be done once every guest have checkout and the unit will be well sanitized to ensure the unit is free from germs. Houskeeping is done by specialized houskeeping company Mess Buddy Cleaning Solution.
