Beautifully decorated and clean, large room in quirky Victorian house with private bathroom. The room has a double bed, comfortable sofa, table and chairs, coffee and tea making facilities as well as fridge and microwave. Coffee maker and toaster. Cutlery and dinner service. House trained, well behaved pets are allowed. £15 per pet per stay. Max 2 pets Continental breakfast available £5 pp. Local Deli Breakfast box £7.50 pp The house is located in a quiet area with good access to local shops, cafes and restaurants. Excellent location for exploring several beaches nearby, Saltburn (well known for surfing), Skinningrove, Runswick Bay and Robinhood's bay and The Moors National Park, Whitby and Goathland. Guests have access to their bedroom and bathroom at all times. Shared access to the garden can be organised. There is free on street parking available. I like to give my guest space to do their own thing but I’m always around to answer any questions or for a chat if guests would like The house is situated in Skelton with its own little High street and some fantastic cafes with good local food and excellent coffee. There are bigger shops nearby within a 5 min drive. There are two bus stops available right outside the house. TeesFlex also does pick ups in the area. If you want to explore the nearby beaches and towns, coming by car is probably best. Archie, an 8 year old blue whippet, lives with me at the property and considers himself part of the welcoming committee and guest entertainment.
