Great room, close to central London, with parking

This is a good quality room in a very nice bungalow. The room is warm, quiet and has the facility of a tv, a table, a single bed, two chairs (one relaxing on dinner table chair) with wifi. The property has a wonderful garden (full access to that). The property has car parking (big drive). It is nicely located for London with Victoria 24 minutes away. Orpington high street and Sidcup high street are nearby (short bus trip). Kent countryside such as the deer park is nearby. Single persons room. The room is warm, quiet and has a good quality single bed. With two chairs - one of which is a relaxing chair. The room has a tv, and small table. Guests can use the bathroom, and full access to the lovely garden, which is not overlooked and is full of nice plants and garden furniture. Guests can use the living room table for breakfast - no further access to the living is provided at other times of day but the guests room has tv and free wifi. This is in a quiet bungalow. Guests have their room, plus unlimited access to the garden, use of the bathroom and the kitchen to prepare breakfast, and can use the living room table for breakfast only (not later in the day). The guests can also use the microwave for other meals. I work at home most of the time. I'm very happy to respond to guests' questions and can recommend various shops, gyms or eateries in the neighbourhood. I do not plan to socialise as such but am friendly. The area the bungalow is in a nice and quiet area, which has good corner shops (Tesco, co-op). There's also a gym, pub, and various eateries (Indian, Chinese, chip shops, McDonald's, Nando's, and dominos.) THere are lots of shops nearby such as TX Max, Debenhams and Next at the nearby popular Nugent retail park. There is a bus service into Orpington High street (cinema, pubs etc) and sidcup high street which is only 2 minutes walk from the bungalow. There is a nearby train station (st Mary cray) 10 minutes walk with trains to victoria station at times only 24 minutes away. Bromley south which has some wonderful shops and pubs is 6 minutes train ride away. Towards Kent, there's a wonderful deer park in Sevenoaks (accessible by train) and other wonders in Kent which would require a car. There is car parking if you bring a car (on my drive). There is a train station into central London 10 minutes walk. There is a bus service into Orpington High street and sidcup high street which is only 2 minutes walk from the bungalow. This is a room for one person only (no guests).
