We have comfortable rooms, AC, hot showers, a cafe and wifi. Stay and experience Desert Point, Mekaki Beach and the secret Gilis. South West Lombok is hard to beat. It can project you back in time and feel as though you are experiencing the original adventure of Bali and Lombok before tourism took hold in the busier resorts. It maybe that you just need time to take your holiday down to a slower pace and enjoy your activities in a more tranquil setting and give yourself time to reflect and put life on pause. If you are looking for a choice of bars and restaurants in the area, this is not us. We are situated within the local community but we have access to many amenities for you to enjoy your stay. You may be a surfer, diver, snorkeller, bird watcher, you may enjoy boat trips to the secret islands, beautiful scenery and sandy beaches. Whichever you are, if you really don't want to quite go ‘native’ but still participate in all of these, then one of our two private rooms at Villa Rembulan is perfect for you. Each room has a super king bed and air conditioning with a good sized en suite shower room. There is a spacious dining and seating area which is enjoyed by both rooms. From your bedroom, walk through the double glass doors on to the large verandah which encompasses the villa. Wake up each morning to a stunning sunrise across the bay and nearby islands. See Rinjani peeping through the clouds. Sit at your own table with your morning coffee and watch the local people go about their daily routine. Villa Rembulan is set within a 2 hectare site. Our entrance is 10 metres or so from the beach accessed by the local community road. There are two other villas and a small cafe where you can enjoy your breakfast and other meals and drinks are available throughout the day. Our cook loves to provide traditional Sasak food to our guests but also has western additions to her menu. Villa Rembulan enjoys spacious bedrooms and a large shared dining area and seating area for four to six people. The bedrooms are private but the verandah outside the bedroom is shared by the whole villa and the dining/seating area inside is shared by the whole villa. Guests are welcome to enjoy the gardens on site and to visit Two Fish Divers (South Lombok) reception area which is located in our grounds. We can rent out snorkelling through Two Fish Divers. Just ask Bukran for details. The villas are European owned but managed locally by our in-house couple, Bukran and Soriah who both speak good English and are very happy to help you with all the arrangements for local activities. There are always staff available to help you with everything that you need. I am available by email or phone at any point before or during your stay. My managers will be happy to arrange transfers, boat trips to the 'secret Gili's', sightseeing trips around Lombok or any other activities you might have in mind. We use local people, ensuring income from tourism goes back into the community.
