Cosy cottage in Framlingham town - 25min to coast
Newly renovated two bedroom traditional Victorian terraced house in the beautiful little town of Framlingham in Suffolk, England. Tucked up a quiet street, you're just a 5 minute walk to Framlingham's market square (markets on Saturdays and Tuesdays), the famous English Heritage Castle and lots of lovely pubs, independent shops, cafes and restaurants. Underfloor heating throughout, quality beds and bedding, a big comfy sofa with cushions and blankets, smart TV, Blu-ray / DVD player and unlimited WiFi. We're available by phone / message if you need any help while you're staying at the cottage. You'll let yourselves in and out, we don't live on-site. The place is yours and we respect your privacy. The road is nice and quiet, but you can walk into town in a few minutes. There's a fish and chip shop less than a minute walk from the house. Turn left before the bakery as you walk into town and you'll find a lovely footpath that takes you through the mere, a great view of Framlingham Castle and all the way around and back through town - our tip is to do the walk early in the morning for the best views and photo opportunities. A favourite coffee shop is The Dancing Goat, which is right across from the market - you can sit outside on a sunny day and they do a great coffee, however you take yours. You'll need a car to go further afield, but you can walk anywhere within Framlingham. There are buses to other towns nearby - there is a website for this: search "Suffolk On Board" Please be considerate to our neighbours during your stay!
