It is a small stylish apartment, exclusively used for holiday rental, just fully renovated and decorated! The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, etc. The double glazed windows face towards the small, beautiful patio. The Studio can comfortably accommodate 3 or 4 persons (one or two on the sofa). Housekeeping services are also available upon request. The apartment’s size is 40 square meters, with a private entrance. It has a contemporary design and is divided in three spaces: the living room with TV & fully equipped kitchen, the bedroom with spacious closets & office desk space and the bathroom. All spaces are comfortable, with quality & beautiful materials and guarantee a delightful stay. Ideal for a couple. It is easy and convenient to visit the center and the popular sightseeing of Athens, only by walking or by using the metro (of course access to other public transportation is literally outside the door!). Taxis are always around the corner if needed (I hardly believe that you are going to need one). The area is nice, with access to super markets, café – bars (the apartment is 2 minutes walk from the famous Mavili square – a nightlife spot) and in case of an emergency hospitals & pharmacies. The neighborhood is very safe. There are several coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance, from 1-5 minutes! Everything is literally outside your door and within walking distance. Less than 2 minutes walk from Megaro Mousikis metro station (of course access to other public transportation is literally outside the door!). Airport bus X95 is available 24 hours (bus station Mavili square just opposite the apartment). Taxis are always around the corner if needed.
