Our huge two storey 6 bedroom newly renovated modern house is located in Templestowe Lower, one of the safest suburb in Melbourne. Just 30 min drive from Melbourne Airport, 20 min drive to the CBD and 5 min walk to local shops. And there is no cleaning fee! We supply donna with fresh donna cover for each bed to ensure you have a very comfortable sleep. We also supply towel sets with different patterns so you would never mix them with those of others. 6 huge bedrooms, master with en-suite. 3 bathrooms - main bathroom has a Jacuzzi and double vanity 4 big living areas - a dedicated kids playing living area, you can watch sunset over the CBD at upstair living area every night. The house is equipped with evaporative cooling, air conditioning in both upstairs and downstairs living areas, ducted heating and a fireplace (we will provide firewood in winter). For babies, we provide portacot and highchair, please request it at the time of your booking. Bedroom 1 - master bedroom with a queen size bed a sofa bed, bedside tables, dressing table, walk through robe, en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 - the bedroom next to the master bedroom, north facing, two single beds and bedside table, built-in wardrobe, own balcony. Bedroom 3 - Queen size bed and bedside table, built-in wardrobe, access to balcony (locked for less than 7 guests) Bedroom 4 - Queen size bed and bedside table, built-in wardrobe, access to balcony (locked for less than 7 guests) Bedroom 5 - two single beds and a sofa bed, built-in wardrobe (locked for less than 7 guests) Bedroom 6 - the downstairs bedroom with a queen size bed, bedside tables, dressing table, own balcony and fly screen door. Kitchen - complimentary coffee and tea. Equipped with new Bosch gas cook top, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, rangehood, rice cooker, pots and pans, lots of plates, glasses, wine glasses, cutleries, chopsticks, ample dishwashing tablets etc. Laundry - new Bosch washing machine and new Fisher and Paykel heat pump dryer, laundry baskets, iron, iron board, Dyson Vacuum, laundry powder provided. Bathrooms - handwasher, shampoo, conditioner and body washer provided in all bathrooms. Non slip bath mats provided for all showers. Jacuzzi bathtub in the main bathroom. 3 bedrooms will be locked (3 prepared) for less than 6 guests as we do not charge a cleaning fee. 7-8 guests: 4 bedrooms prepared (2 locked up), 9-10 guests: 5 bedrooms prepared (1 locked up), 11+ guests: all rooms opened). Additional rooms can be opened with additional charge upon request. No pets are allowed and strict no shoes inside the house policy. - Garage is not available to the guest as we locked it to store our personal belongings. Please feel free to park on the driveway and anywhere on the street (all free unlimited parking). - Please avoid balcony area as they are built for privacy purpose only and not very sturdy. However, do feel free to enjoy the deck area next to the kitchen, the backyard and watch sunset from the upstairs living area. I am available to offer help and tips 24/7 and the guests have the flexibility to check in themselves by getting the key from the lockbox. Templestowe Lower is one of the safest neighbourhood in Melbourne with lots of great local parks, shops and cafes. There is a local playground suitable for kids under 12 directly opposite the side of the house. A big footy ground with BBQ, tennis courts and cricket pits just 5 minutes walk down the street. The beautiful Ruffey Lake Park, Melbourne's favourite kids' playground (Wombat Bend) in 5 min drive away. It is also just 5 min drive to the Heide Museum of Modern Arts. It is also just 5 min walk away to the local shopping complex with big supermarkets like Wooloworths and Aldi, a few really nice cafes, takeaway places, pharmacy and an Asian grocery shop. 30 min drive from Melbourne Airport via toll free Bell Street and 20 min drive to the CBD. You can also get to CBD (around 30 mins) and other big shopping centres via 4 different bus routes within 5 min walking distance from the house. Our garage is locked up to store our personal clothes as we tend to come back for holiday every year. Please feel free to park in the driveway and off street parkings are all free with no limit.
